Senior Manager - HR Business Partner

About the role

The Senior Manager – HR Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor to divisional leaders, delivering tailored HR solutions that align with Qiddiya’s strategic objectives. You will partner with business units to address organizational challenges, support workforce planning, and ensure consistent application of HR policies across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage the annual HR Business Partner department budget, track expenditures and ensure alignment with the overall HR division budget.
• Develop and implement the operating plan for the HR Business Partner department in line with Qiddiya’s strategic goals.
• Lead strategic partnerships with divisional leaders, positioning HR as a business advisor and championing collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence.
• Oversee organizational design, workforce planning, talent redeployment, and cross‑unit moves to enhance agility and support business transformation.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies, manage escalations, and handle sensitive employee matters and grievances.
• Guide the onboarding experience, approve processes, and ensure seamless integration of new hires.
• Participate in compensation decisions, approve discrepancy resolutions, and support equitable compensation practices.

Required profile

• Proven senior HR leadership experience, preferably in a large, complex organization.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets and operating plans.
• Strong business partnering skills with a track record of influencing senior leaders.
• Experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Excellent knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and compensation practices.
