Senior Manager - Interface Management

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a Senior Stakeholder Manager for its Roads Program, one of the largest entertainment destinations in the world. You will oversee stakeholder engagement so that all efforts align with the program's vision and operational goals. The role calls for a deep understanding of infrastructure projects, strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships across many stakeholder groups.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement engagement strategies for government entities, local communities and project partners.
• Lead the creation of reports and presentations that communicate the program's progress, impacts and value.
• Identify and mitigate conflicts through proactive communication and negotiation.
• Track engagement activities, measure satisfaction and report outcomes to senior management.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams so that stakeholder feedback is integrated into planning and execution.
• Mentor and train junior team members.
• Monitor industry trends, regulations and stakeholder sentiment to shape engagement strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Development, Communications or a related field; a Master's is a plus.
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in stakeholder management, focused on large-scale infrastructure or road development projects.
• Proven ability to build relationships with government bodies and local communities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is highly desirable.
