Senior Manager - Investment and Transaction Advisory Services

About the role

The Senior Manager will lead WSP's Investment and Transaction Advisory Services practice, delivering high‑quality advisory support for large infrastructure projects across the public and private sectors in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with government bodies, regulators and private‑sector stakeholders to develop a pipeline of qualifying infrastructure projects.
• Provide advisory support across the full project lifecycle, including strategy development, business case preparation, commercial structuring and post‑commercial‑close assistance.
• Lead commercial assessment and viability analysis of proposed transactions to ensure successful tender outcomes.
• Coordinate pre‑feasibility and feasibility studies, value‑for‑money analysis, public‑private comparators and risk assessments.
• Deliver expertise in project preparation, financial modelling, blended finance and other financing tools for large‑scale infrastructure projects across sectors such as mining, power, oil & gas, transportation, water and waste‑to‑energy.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in investment, transaction advisory or project finance for infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of leading advisory engagements for public and private sector clients.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure financing mechanisms, including blended finance and debt mobilisation.
