Senior Manager - Leadership Development

About the role

The Senior Manager, Leadership Development is responsible for the end‑to‑end ownership of the leadership curriculum. This includes identifying leaders' needs, designing programs, and personally delivering training and coaching to business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and evolve a comprehensive leadership development framework and curriculum for all levels, from frontline supervisors to senior executives.
• Translate business priorities and future skill requirements into concrete program designs, using digital, blended, and experiential formats.
• Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) for the leadership pillar, working directly with business leaders to pinpoint capability gaps.
• Prioritise and address identified gaps based on business impact and urgency, feeding insights back into the curriculum roadmap.
• Personally facilitate leadership training sessions and coach senior leaders, fostering an internal coaching culture.
• Select and manage external facilitators, content providers, and assessment tools when specialised delivery is needed.
• Build leadership development capability within HR Business Partners and line managers through train‑the‑trainer approaches.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of experience in leadership, management, or executive development within large, complex organisations.
• Proven track record designing and personally delivering enterprise‑wide interventions.
• Experience owning training needs analysis or capability‑gap assessments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or advanced HR certification (CIPD, ATD, SHRM) preferred.
