Senior Manager – Planning (Hospitality Projects)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager – Planning to lead the scheduling function for hospitality construction projects within the Qiddiya City development. You will ensure that project timelines are met and resources are optimally allocated across a portfolio of hotel assets ranging from economy to ultra‑luxury.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, defining milestones, deliverables and resource allocations.
• Analyse schedules to spot risks, delays and critical paths, and propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate with the central Development Unit, hospitality development managers, project managers and other stakeholders to align scheduling efforts.
• Update schedules regularly based on progress, scope changes and resource availability, providing real‑time insights to senior management.
• Conduct schedule reviews using performance metrics and implement recovery strategies.
• Promote proactive communication within project teams and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Apply best‑practice scheduling methods and leverage advanced tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in scheduling or project management, preferably in hospitality construction.
• Membership of the Association of Planning Engineers or Certified Planning Engineer is preferred.
