Senior Manager - Product Owner

About the role

The Senior Manager – Product Owner will lead the strategy, governance and delivery of Data & AI products, ensuring they generate maximum business value. This role bridges business, technology, design and data teams to drive product vision, adoption and execution excellence across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain development strategies and roadmaps for Data & AI products.
• Establish product vision, objectives, KPIs and value‑realization measures.
• Prioritise initiatives and investments based on business impact and strategic alignment.
• Manage a portfolio of data, AI, analytics and digital products throughout their lifecycle.
• Oversee backlog prioritisation, sprint planning and release management.
• Ensure delivery timelines, budget adherence and expected business outcomes.
• Resolve strategic delivery risks and roadblocks.
• Engage executive stakeholders to define priorities and strategic direction.
• Act as the primary bridge between business, technology, design and data teams.
• Drive product adoption and business engagement across the organisation.
• Champion user‑centric design principles and oversee usability assessments.
• Establish product governance standards, monitor quality, performance, reliability and compliance.
• Lead and mentor Product Owners, Business Analysts and Product Management resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, data products, analytics or AI‑related domains.
• Proven experience managing enterprise‑scale product portfolios.
• Strong understanding of Data & AI platforms, governance, analytics and digital transformation.
• Professional certifications in Product Management, Agile, Project Management or Change Management are a plus.
