Senior Manager - Product Owner

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager – Product Owner to lead the strategy, governance and delivery of Data & AI products. You will drive product vision, prioritize the portfolio and ensure alignment with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain product strategies, roadmaps and KPIs for Data & AI solutions.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and strategic fit.
• Manage a portfolio of data, AI, analytics and digital products throughout their full lifecycle.
• Oversee backlog prioritisation, sprint planning and release management.
• Ensure delivery timelines, budget adherence and expected business outcomes.
• Resolve strategic risks and remove delivery roadblocks.
• Engage executive stakeholders to set priorities and direction.
• Act as the bridge between business, technology, design and data teams.
• Champion user‑centric design, conduct user research and ensure intuitive, scalable experiences.
• Establish product governance, monitor quality, performance and compliance.
• Lead and mentor Product Owners, Business Analysts and product management staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Data Products, Analytics or AI domains.
• Proven track record managing enterprise‑scale product portfolios.
• Strong understanding of Data & AI platforms, governance, analytics and digital transformation.
• Professional certifications in Product Management, Agile, Project Management or Change Management are a plus.
