Senior Manager, Residential Marketing

About the role

The Senior Manager – Residential Marketing will lead the conception, planning, and delivery of marketing initiatives for Red Sea Global’s residential portfolio. Reporting to senior leadership, this role shapes the marketing and communications strategy to support brand awareness, lead generation, and sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies for regional and global real‑estate markets.
• Design and manage campaigns across web, paid social, print advertising, content/film, brochures, PR and e‑mail direct marketing.
• Align marketing plans with overall business and commercial objectives.
• Lead asset‑specific content strategy to engage target audiences.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal ROI and adherence to corporate spend guidelines.
• Oversee procurement processes, agency costs, and collaborative production of co‑branded sales collateral.
• Coordinate with operator partners and external agencies to amplify messaging.

• Proven ability to drive brand awareness and generate qualified leads for residential sales.
