Senior Manager Supply Chain

About the role

Riyadh Air is seeking an experienced aviation procurement leader to head its technical procurement function. You will ensure the timely availability of aircraft materials, spare parts and services that keep flight operations safe, efficient and uninterrupted.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end procurement of aircraft materials and technical services, coordinating with Engineering, Maintenance, Logistics and Inventory Planning.
• Manage supplier performance, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and administer repair and warranty agreements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that balance operational readiness with cost optimisation.
• Oversee AOG response and maintenance support, securing delivery commitments and minimising operational disruptions.
• Prepare procurement performance reports, monitor inventory readiness and drive budget planning.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with technical, commercial, contractual and regulatory requirements, including GACA regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience leading airline spares or aviation procurement in a commercial airline environment.
• Degree‑qualified with strong background in technical procurement, supplier and contract management, inventory planning and AOG support.
• Professional certifications such as CSCP, CSCM, CIPS or equivalent are highly valued.
• Familiarity with AOG response procedures and GACA regulatory requirements.
