Senior Marketing Associate

About the role

Americana Restaurants is seeking a proactive Senior Marketing Associate to join its Marketing team at the Riyadh head office. The role will support the development and execution of marketing strategies across a portfolio of well‑known restaurant brands.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing activities and policies with Operations and external agencies, and develop strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Brief and implement advertising and promotional campaigns, media planning, POS materials, and packaging.
• Support the development and launch of new products across the brand portfolio.
• Initiate market research studies, analyse findings, monitor trends and benchmark performance against competitors.
• Visit restaurants regularly to verify correct implementation of brand strategies and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Assist in pricing strategy development, safeguard product profitability, and track campaign spend against approved budgets.
• Use metrics to measure progress, report on performance and ROI, and ensure initiatives meet financial targets.
• Coordinate daily with Operations, Brand Leadership, Finance, HR, IT, Development and Real Estate teams, and liaise with franchisors, vendors, and agencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1‑2 years of experience as a Marketing Associate or Marketing Officer.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to stay agile across competing tasks.
• Proven ability to coordinate across different departments.
• Saudi national (position open to Saudi nationals only).
