Senior Marketing Manager - LIONS Riyadh (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Tahaluf, a joint venture between Informa PLC, SAFCSP and the Events Investment Fund, organises large B2B and B2C events in Saudi Arabia. Tahaluf is launching LIONS Riyadh, a three-day festival in December 2027 at KAFD, Riyadh, which showcases Middle Eastern creativity and brings together CMOs, creative leaders, agencies, brands and emerging talent. The Senior Marketing Manager will launch and grow LIONS Riyadh, working across brand, audience, digital, content and campaign marketing, with a strong focus on brand launch and event marketing. The role reports to the Head of Marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Brand launch: research the target audience and competitors, define positioning, taglines and brand stories, and work with creative teams and agencies on campaign concepts and assets.
• Create content such as blog posts, social media updates, videos, infographics, newsletters and lead magnets, and track metrics like website traffic, social engagement, sales and brand awareness.
• Run integrated campaigns for CMOs, creative leaders, agencies, brands, media professionals, creators and emerging talent, covering paid media, social, CRM, email, digital, PR and partnerships.
• Build audience journeys from awareness to registration and ticket conversion, manage marketing budgets and external agencies, and run onsite marketing and post-event analysis.
• Own digital performance: optimise paid social, search, display and CRM, monitor the registration and ticketing funnel, develop segmentation and retargeting, and track campaign ROI.
• Mentor marketing team members, align marketing with content, commercial and Festival delivery, and champion creative quality and attention to detail.
