Senior MEP Testing & Commission Officer

About the role

JASARA Program Management Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior MEP Testing & Commission Officer to lead testing and commissioning activities for major construction projects. The role involves developing strategies, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive testing and commissioning strategies for MEP systems.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth testing processes.
• Conduct functional, performance, and integration testing of MEP systems.
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and coordinate technical resolutions.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including test reports and commissioning records.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and project requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior testing staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in testing and commissioning MEP systems on major construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP system integration within construction projects.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards for MEP systems.
• Proficiency with industry‑standard testing equipment and software.
• Testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Understanding of MEP systems and their integration within construction projects.
