Senior Oracle OIC & VBCS Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Oracle OIC & VBCS Consultant to design, develop and support integrations and custom applications across Oracle Fusion Cloud, Primavera, PMIS and other third‑party systems for a leading IT services and consulting organization in Riyadh.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain OIC integrations, including app‑driven, scheduled, file‑based and event‑based flows.
• Build and support REST and SOAP services using Oracle ERP, HCM and SCM Cloud adapters.
• Manage connectivity via FTP/SFTP, APIs, database connections and enterprise endpoints.
• Monitor integration health, diagnose failures, resolve performance issues and implement preventive controls.
• Develop responsive VBCS web and mobile applications, extend Oracle Fusion, and create custom dashboards and user experiences.
• Consume REST services and integrate VBCS applications with Oracle Fusion and external platforms.
• Provide L2/L3 production support, lead root‑cause analysis, and coordinate incident resolution.
• Mentor offshore developers, review solution designs and ensure security and deployment readiness.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams and Oracle Support.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud integration and application development.
• Proven ability to deliver complex integrations and custom applications in an enterprise environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience providing L2/L3 support and leading incident resolution.
