Senior Planning Engineer

About the role

JASARA PMC is actively recruiting a Senior Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive planning and scheduling of construction projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met while collaborating with project managers, engineers, and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project strategies and monitor progress.
• Identify schedule variances and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure alignment of construction methodologies with project timelines.
• Provide analytical insights to support decision‑making and drive project efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in project planning and scheduling within the construction industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
