Senior Precast Inspector – QA/QC

About the role

Ensure the quality of precast concrete products, materials, and processes by conducting inspections, audits, and tests. Identify defects, ensure compliance with industry standards, and collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues while mentoring junior inspectors.

Key responsibilities

• Drawing conformity – verify that all dimensions and embedments follow design specifications and liaise with designers to resolve conflicts.
• Inspection compliance – perform required inspections, represent the QA/QC department during joint inspections with consultants and clients.
• Continuous improvement – propose process enhancements, conduct root‑cause analysis for non‑conformities, and monitor implementation of corrective actions.
• Project execution conformity – ensure only approved materials are used, clarify project‑specific arrangements, and raise quality concerns to prevent recurrence.
• Documentation – report non‑conformities and observations, provide required RCA, and follow up on corrective actions.

Required profile

• Diploma in a relevant engineering or technical field.
• 4–6 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in precast concrete or building systems.
• Effective communication with peers, supervisors, designers, and external stakeholders.
