Senior Pre‑Qualification & Prescription Engineer

About the role

The Senior Pre‑Qualification & Prescription Engineer will drive business growth by leading technical pre‑qualification and service prescription activities. You will ensure that maintenance, support and service scopes are accurately defined, specified and approved in line with customer, consultant and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and submit technical pre‑qualification documents for maintenance and service scopes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee completeness and timely submission of pre‑qualification packages.
• Follow up on pre‑qualification status and address technical clarifications.
• Support inclusion of maintenance, operation and service add‑ons within contract specifications.
• Review service specifications, identify gaps and define compliant technical scopes.
• Evaluate tender documents, identify risks and recommend compliant solutions.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, authorities and internal stakeholders for approvals.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, compliance matrices and status reports.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives for pre‑qualification processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in technical pre‑qualification, service prescription or related engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of regulatory standards, codes and authority requirements in the electrical industry.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
