Senior Procurement Manager - Architecture & Finishes

About the role

Jasara Program Management Company is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead the sourcing of architectural finishes and building products across large‑scale projects in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on developing category strategies, driving market engagement and ensuring commercial and technical excellence throughout the procurement lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategies for architectural finishes and building products.
• Lead market engagement activities, including pre‑qualification questionnaires (PQQ), requests for proposals (RFP) and tender evaluations.
• Coordinate with design consultants to align specifications with market capabilities.
• Manage technical and commercial evaluation interfaces, balancing cost, quality, lead time and warranty obligations.
• Prepare award recommendations and support approval processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of procurement experience, preferably in architectural finishes, fit‑out or building materials.
• Proven experience managing tenders for construction products and finishes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business or Law.
• Background in construction, real estate, infrastructure or developer‑led capital projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, governance awareness and commercial discipline.
