Senior Product Manager – ERP for Restaurant Industry

About the role

Foodics is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of an AI‑native ERP platform tailored for restaurants across the Middle East and Egypt. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and execution, ensuring seamless integration with Foodics’ POS, payments, inventory, payroll, and banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for Foodics ERP in the target markets.
• Design end‑to‑end financial workflows that comply with regional tax authorities (ZATCA, UAE VAT, Egyptian Tax Authority).
• Build AI‑driven automation for bookkeeping, reconciliation, and transaction categorisation.
• Develop APIs and integrations with external financial systems as needed.
• Translate product vision into detailed roadmaps, PRDs, and execution plans.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, compliance, and finance teams.
• Prioritise features based on customer value, regulatory requirements, and scalability.
• Conduct market research and gather feedback from accountants, restaurant operators, and finance teams.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of product management experience, with a strong background in ERP solutions.
• Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
• Proven ability to work with complex financial workflows and automation systems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams including engineering, compliance, and finance.
