Senior Product Manager, Personal Loans

About the role

Tabby is looking for a Senior Product Manager based in Saudi Arabia to build its consumer lending business from the ground up and own its P&L. This is not a feature role: you will define what the product is, how it is priced, who qualifies and how it stays compliant. Saudi Arabia is Tabby's biggest market, and the company wants to build a full consumer lending line there.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the vision, strategy and execution of a brand-new lending product built from scratch for the KSA and UAE markets.
• Evaluate regional compliance restrictions such as pre-application data exposure rules, mandatory 24-hour cooldown periods and strict contract signing protocols, turning them into smooth user journeys.
• Work with Risk to streamline limit calculations, improve approval rates and drive flows through bank account linking and automated fund disbursement.
• Build an intuitive, high-converting interface with Design and Analytics, balancing a frictionless experience with data privacy and consent requirements.
• Research competitors and regional banks and fintechs, making strategic decisions within market, technical and legal boundaries.
• Own the full product lifecycle, from application and credit decisioning through the 24-hour cooldown, fund transfer and repayment.

Required profile

• Strong problem solving and critical thinking, able to untangle complex technical and regulatory restrictions.
• A self-starter who thrives in a build-from-scratch environment.
• Understanding of product viability, conversion funnels and unit economics, balancing user needs with business and risk appetite.
• Attention to detail in UI and underlying logic, covering edge cases in applications, compliance and repayment.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge engineering, design, analytics, legal and risk, and to lead a specialized squad.

Bonus points

• Knowledge of business credit cards or revolving credit (statements, grace periods, minimum payments, interchange).
• B2C payments experience.
• Experience launching products on new financial infrastructure.
