Senior Product Owner

About the role

Rwaj is looking for a Senior Product Owner to drive end‑to‑end product execution and delivery. This tactical, execution‑focused position translates product strategy into developer‑ready Jira work and ensures predictable delivery across web and mobile platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, turning high‑level requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Lead Agile ceremonies – grooming, sprint planning, daily follow‑ups, reviews and retrospectives – and enforce Definition of Ready/Done.
• Manage Jira as the single source of truth: configure workflows, boards, versions, dashboards and provide weekly progress reporting.
• Coordinate releases for Web, iOS and Android, handling versioning, release notes, staging readiness and smoke testing.
• Maintain lightweight PRDs, decision logs and onboarding documentation to keep specs aligned with Jira.
• Define analytics instrumentation requirements and work with engineers to ensure consistent implementation.
• Own the intake and triage of customer and seller feedback, converting recurring issues into prioritized fixes.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Proven track record of driving Agile cadence and delivering predictable sprint outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and rapid issue‑resolution skills.
