Senior Product Specialist - Pharmaceutical

About the role

The Senior Product Specialist will promote and sell pharmaceutical products to existing and prospective customers. You will analyze customer needs, maintain strong relationships, and ensure product availability in hospitals.

Key responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost‑benefit and needs analysis for customers.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Generate leads through cold calling and follow‑up activities.
• Resolve problems and complaints promptly to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets and coordinate efforts with team members and other departments.
• Analyze market potential, track sales, and prepare status reports.
• Provide management with reports on customer needs, competitive activities, and new product opportunities.
• Stay updated on best practices and promotional trends.
• Manage hospital stock levels and follow up on collection issues.
• Organise meetings and actions with accounts.
• Report activities in a timely manner and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a related business area.
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical, Pharmaceutical or Biomedical fields.
• Excellent oral and written English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Good proficiency with computer systems.
• Ability to identify improvements and take corrective actions.
• Problem‑solving capability.
