Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will orchestrate complex product development lifecycles, acting as the bridge between Product Management, Engineering, and Business Stakeholders. The role ensures digital products are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of multiple product workstreams, aligning with the product roadmap and strategic goals.
• Champion Agile/Scrum practices, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
• Serve as primary contact for senior leadership, providing transparent reporting on project health, risks, and milestones.
• Manage cross‑functional resource allocation (Design, Development, QA) to prevent bottlenecks.
• Identify technical and operational risks early and implement contingency plans.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including charters, functional requirements, and post‑launch impact reports.
• Oversee intake and change management for new feature requests, assessing impact on timelines and budgets.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development workflows to reduce technical debt and accelerate time‑to‑market.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience in software or product development environments.
• Strong understanding of full‑stack development lifecycles and API‑led architectures.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
• Excellent communication, conflict‑resolution, and strategic thinking skills.
