Senior Project Manager

About the role

Chestertons Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead construction and fit‑out projects in Riyadh. You will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery while coordinating with diverse stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction and fit‑out projects from initiation to handover.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, perform schedule reviews and analyses.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage scope changes and extensions.
• Prepare scope of work, RFPs, and procurement documents and lead project kick‑off meetings.
• Estimate, control, and forecast project costs.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure compliance with Saudi government procurement laws.
• Implement and continuously improve project management processes and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project or construction management, preferably in fit‑out and residential renovation.
• Proven experience with Saudi government procurement regulations.
• Professional certification such as PMP is preferred.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
