Senior Project Manager

About the role

Sehati is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support its Project Management Office (PMO) in delivering high‑quality projects that meet strategic objectives. The role focuses on assisting project teams, ensuring compliance with standards, and driving performance improvements across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing projects to improve quality, customer satisfaction, and overall performance.
• Support the development, implementation, and execution of the PMO framework.
• Help plan, prioritize, and execute projects aligned with strategic goals.
• Monitor project progress, report status, and provide regular support to project managers and teams.
• Ensure projects stay within budget, meet deadlines, and adhere to approved scope.
• Process PMO documentation, risk registers, and performance reports.
• Implement department KPIs, track performance measures, and report to the PMO Director.
• Assist in resource allocation, risk mitigation, and internal/external communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (master's preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of relevant project management experience.
• Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, governance, and best practices.
