Senior Project Manager – Transformation Programme

About the role

You will be the operational anchor of a high‑stakes transformation programme for a major UAE bank. The role demands tight control of timelines, stakeholders and workstreams while adapting to shifting priorities and resistance.

Key responsibilities

• Run the end‑to‑end programme plan, managing milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions and reporting.
• Own client‑facing project governance, including status calls and steering‑committee preparation.
• Navigate and align stakeholders from marketing, IT, procurement and the C‑suite, often simultaneously.
• Protect scope by documenting change requests, flagging commercial implications and holding the line on agreed boundaries.
• Keep internal strategy, design and technology teams aligned to a shared delivery cadence.
• Produce clean client‑facing deliverables such as status reports, decision logs, risk registers and milestone trackers.

Required profile

• 5–9 years of project or programme management experience in consulting, digital transformation or agency environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder clients, including senior IT and business leaders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of holding difficult conversations without damaging relationships.
• Experience with transformation or technology delivery programmes (MarTech, CRM, AI or digital) is a strong plus.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
