Senior Quality Control Engineer – Low Voltage

About the role

The Senior Quality Control Engineer will lead quality assurance activities for low‑voltage electrical products at alfanar Electric. The role ensures inspections, testing and compliance are performed efficiently and in line with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organise in‑process, final inspection and testing activities, and verify inspection reports for accuracy.
• Provide technical expertise in PLC programming, synchronization, ATS and soft‑starter panel testing, supporting the engineering team.
• Coordinate project execution with internal departments and third‑party agencies, managing factory inspections and customer interactions.
• Control non‑conforming products by raising NCRs/punch lists and following up until resolution.
• Train and lead sub‑ordinates, delegate tasks, and ensure fair workload distribution.
• Deliver planned activities on schedule, monitor resource utilisation and report deviations.
• Identify and resolve operational problems, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10‑15 years of experience in quality control or assurance within electrical manufacturing.

Required skills

• PLC programming and testing.

• Quality compliance, metrics and tools.
