Senior Quality Engineer – ADAS

About the role

Lucid Motors Middle East is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to lead Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) quality activities at its AMP2 facility in Saudi Arabia. You will work in a fast‑paced, highly complex manufacturing environment, partnering with cross‑functional teams to protect production lines from quality risks throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of quality deliverables at each project milestone during launch, aligned with corporate standards.
• Lead quality test and validation follow‑up with Product Engineering to verify requirements.
• Review, validate, and support APQP/PPAP activities in partnership with Supplier Quality and Product Engineering.
• Monitor part maturity and readiness to secure production line stability.
• Define Incoming Quality Inspection requirements and provide training for internal and third‑party resources.
• Collect, track, and resolve Incoming Quality findings during launch to protect production continuity.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of relevant experience in automotive quality engineering.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, Product Engineering, Launch, and Field Quality teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on proactive risk mitigation.
