Senior React Native Developer (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Qureos is seeking a Senior React Native Developer who is fluent in Arabic to design, build, and scale enterprise‑grade mobile applications that support a large ERP ecosystem. You will modernize legacy code, create reusable components, and deliver new features safely using feature‑flag techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance React Native apps for iOS and Android.
• Refactor and modernize existing React Native or hybrid codebases.
• Build reusable UI components aligned with design systems such as NativeBase or Tamagui.
• Collaborate with backend, product, and design teams to deliver ERP mobile modules.
• Implement feature flags for controlled rollouts and A/B testing.
• Work within a monorepo architecture (Nx, Turborepo, etc.) and ensure modularity.
• Optimize app startup time, memory usage, and overall performance.
• Maintain quality through automated testing, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Leverage AI‑assisted tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve productivity and code quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience with React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern React patterns (Hooks, Context, state management).
• Experience modernizing legacy mobile codebases and working with design systems.
• Familiarity with feature‑flag platforms such as LaunchDarkly, Firebase Remote Config, or ConfigCat.
• Solid understanding of iOS and Android performance, debugging, and platform differences.
• Comfortable with monorepo setups, Git, and CI/CD workflows.
• Ability to use AI tools for coding assistance, testing, and documentation.
