Senior Recruiter – Construction

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on recruitment professional with strong experience in recruitment, particularly within the construction, infrastructure, engineering and project environment. The Senior Recruiter will manage end‑to‑end recruitment and build strong candidate pipelines for technical, engineering, corporate, skilled and project manpower requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from manpower requisition to offer acceptance.
• Source and attract candidates locally and internationally through LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment databases, agencies and other channels.
• Recruit for engineering, construction, technical and corporate positions and develop pipelines for critical project roles.
• Conduct CV screening, candidate interviews, assessments and shortlisting.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and coordinate with international recruitment agencies.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases and reports, ensuring smooth hand‑over to HR Operations for onboarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience, with a strong focus on construction, infrastructure or engineering environments.
• Proven experience sourcing and hiring engineering and technical professionals, both locally and internationally.
• Fluent English with strong communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
