About the role
The Senior Recruiter – MEA will lead full‑cycle talent acquisition for Valvoline Global Operations across the Middle East and Africa, based in Jeddah. You will partner with regional business leaders, HR Business Partners and global TA teams to deliver hiring outcomes and build strong pipelines in a fast‑moving, diverse market.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for senior and hard‑to‑fill positions across the MEA region.
- Develop and execute market mapping and talent intelligence strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to define hiring needs and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain and expand talent pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques.
- Provide regular recruitment metrics and insights to regional leadership.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in the MEA region.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work autonomously.
- Deep market knowledge and cultural fluency across Middle East and Africa.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering high‑quality hiring outcomes.
