Senior Recruitment Consultant – Oil & Gas

About the role

NES Fircroft is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant with a focus on the oil and gas sector. You will leverage your sector expertise to source, engage and place top talent for our clients across Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of the oil and gas recruitment discipline and share insights with clients, contractors and candidates.
• Source candidates using job boards, internal CV database, LinkedIn, professional bodies and referrals.
• Qualify job requirements, manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process and ensure smooth visa and logistics arrangements.
• Cross‑sell opportunities across NES Fircroft departments and maintain high compliance and NPS scores.
• Manage key client relationships, address issues and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment within the oil and gas sector.
• Strong understanding of technical terminology and acronyms used in the industry.
• Ability to build credible relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude with a focus on delivering high‑quality placements.
