Senior Reliability Engineer

About the role

As a Senior Reliability Engineer you will be responsible for improving the reliability of mechanical seal installations at customer sites across Saudi Arabia. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and EagleBurgmann’s engineering and service teams, addressing pain points, managing claims, and delivering higher reliability outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and improve reliability for the installed base of mechanical seals at customer sites.
• Identify and resolve customer pain points, coordinate with the EagleBurgmann office to eliminate bad actors, and handle claim management.
• Perform independent mechanical seal troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis (RCA) using data collected on‑site.
• Support sales teams during project stages with technical troubleshooting, RCA, and claim coordination.
• Prepare and submit regular reliability reports (weekly/monthly) to stakeholders.
• Participate in technical meetings with customers to resolve seal failures and meet contractual KPIs.
• Contribute to Fixed‑Fee program reliability improvements through cross‑functional coordination.
• Travel to customer sites at least three days per week and ensure consistent on‑site support.
• Utilize EagleBurgmann ERP tools (C4C, SealCarePro, SAP ByD) for reporting and case management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5–10 years of technical experience with mechanical seals or reliability engineering.
• Proven ability to conduct RCA, MTBF analysis, and generate engineering reports.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
