Senior Rewards Specialist

About the role

Nextwo is seeking a Senior Rewards Specialist to lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits frameworks for its client T2. The role ensures accurate payroll processing, equitable pay structures, and market‑competitive reward policies across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and periodically review compensation and benefits frameworks, advising HR leadership on pay positioning and total rewards strategy.
• Own job evaluation methodology, validate grading levels and recommend positioning for new roles, restructurings, and promotions.
• Oversee end‑to‑end payroll input, ERP updates, salary runs, overtime, EOS settlements and other compensation‑related payments, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining audit‑ready documentation.
• Analyze and report on pay trends, internal equity, and market competitiveness using salary surveys.
• Guide and review the work of junior Rewards Specialists and coordinators, supporting their onboarding and development.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• C&B certification (CCP, GRP or equivalent) and training in job evaluation methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience in compensation & benefits, preferably in a tech/digital environment.
• Experience leading or reviewing junior team members.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

• ERP systems knowledge.
