Senior Sales Account Manager – Process Software Solutions

About the role

As a Senior Sales Account Manager at AspenTech, you will drive growth across Morocco and Sub‑Saharan French‑speaking markets by selling our integrated process‑manufacturing software portfolio and consulting services. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to craft client strategies, manage relationships, and close high‑value opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business and upsell consulting services within assigned territory.
• Collaborate with engineering, support, and service teams to design tailored solutions.
• Lead account and relationship development at all organizational levels.
• Articulate the business value of AspenTech solutions and guide customers through implementation.
• Maintain deep knowledge of current software usage, white‑space opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Challenge existing customer processes to drive measurable results.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling enterprise software solutions to process‑manufacturing industries.
• Strong understanding of engineering, manufacturing, and supply‑chain operations.
• Fluent in French and comfortable working in Morocco and Sub‑Saharan markets.
• Senior‑level communication and negotiation skills.
