Senior Sales Engineer – Real Estate Projects

About the role

The Senior Sales Engineer will drive sales growth for real‑estate projects by managing enquiries, tenders and providing technical support, ensuring strong customer relationships and maximizing revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all incoming enquiries and tenders, delivering optimal responses.
• Prepare and deliver supportive documents, samples and submittals to customers.
• Coordinate material preparation with demand planning to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor competitor activity and report findings to sales management.
• Organise technical meetings and seminars to strengthen market presence.
• Issue timely reports and manage customers professionally.
• Identify, follow‑up and maximise real‑estate project realization.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and collect payments on time.
• Maintain project data in C4C and provide accurate forecasts.
• Solve operational problems, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Implement quality controls and ensure product/process specifications are met.
