About the role
We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead digital sales initiatives for a fast‑growing global engagement and rewards platform. Based in Riyadh, you will own the end‑to‑end enterprise sales cycle, driving new business acquisition across the Saudi Arabian market.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries in KSA.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, events, referrals, and strategic account targeting.
- Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies aligned with regional business goals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including product presentations and solution discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Lead commercial negotiations, proposal development, and contract closure for enterprise deals.
- Identify, onboard, and manage partners/resellers to expand market reach and generate joint pipeline opportunities.
- Collaborate with product, customer success, and delivery teams to ensure seamless deal progression.
- Handle RFPs, vendor registrations, and maintain accurate pipeline tracking in CRM systems.
Required profile
- 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience with a strong focus on new business acquisition.
- Proven track record selling enterprise software/SaaS or related solutions in the KSA market.
- Experience in loyalty, rewards, or incentives solutions.
- Deep understanding of the regional market and customer landscape.
- Ability to engage and influence C‑level stakeholders.
- Self‑driven, independent, and comfortable operating in a regional hunting role.
- MBA or equivalent business qualification.
