Senior Sales Trainer – Diabetes (MEA)

About the role

Dexcom is seeking a Senior Sales Trainer to lead diabetes‑focused training initiatives across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. You will partner with commercial leaders to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs that boost sales performance and product knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding, product, clinical, competitive and selling‑skills curricula for sales representatives and managers.
• Conduct needs assessments with Country Commercial Leads to identify capability gaps and align training with commercial strategy.
• Provide targeted coaching, reinforcement, and field adoption support to ensure behavioural change.
• Manage training projects, track milestones, and coordinate cross‑functional resources.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using performance metrics and field feedback, and iterate the curriculum accordingly.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering sales training programs in a B2B or medical‑device environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with commercial, marketing, sales operations and subject‑matter experts.
• Ability to assess training needs, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
