Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (EC & ECP)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant to lead end‑to‑end implementations of Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). The consultant will work closely with clients in Saudi Arabia to design, configure, and support HR and payroll solutions that meet local regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle EC & ECP implementation, rollout, enhancement and support projects.
• Conduct workshops, gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP SuccessFactors configurations.
• Configure Employee Central foundation objects, position management, MDF, business rules, workflows, role‑based permissions and organizational structures.
• Set up and maintain Employee Central Payroll, including payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, Payroll Control Center and payroll reconciliation.
• Deliver Saudi payroll localization (GOSI, WPS, EOSB, VAT‑related requirements and Saudi labor law compliance).
• Manage point‑to‑point replication, finance posting, bank interfaces and third‑party integrations.
• Support data migration, SIT/UAT testing, cut‑over, go‑live and hyper‑care activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams on SAP Integration Suite (CPI/BTP), Integration Center, security and reporting.
• Participate in presales, solution design, effort estimation and client presentations.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience.
• Hands‑on experience with full‑cycle EC and ECP implementations.
• Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem‑solving skills.
