Senior SEO, Organic Growth & Website Experience Specialist

About the role

The Senior SEO, Organic Growth & Website Experience Specialist will lead MOZN’s organic acquisition strategy, ensuring the company’s web properties attract high‑quality traffic, generate qualified leads and support revenue goals. Reporting to the marketing leadership, you will own the end‑to‑end SEO lifecycle—from technical audits to AI‑driven search visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with pipeline and revenue targets.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, improve site architecture, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, page speed and mobile performance.
• Manage website health, partner with developers to implement enhancements, and optimise user journeys and conversion paths.
• Collaborate with content teams to create SEO‑driven topic clusters, briefs and multilingual (English/Arabic) content.
• Increase visibility on AI‑powered search platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI.
• Track organic traffic, rankings, backlinks, MQLs and pipeline; deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Design and execute backlink acquisition, thought‑leadership and PR initiatives to build digital authority.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in SEO and organic growth for B2B technology products.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Experience optimizing multilingual sites and navigating AI‑search ecosystems.
