Senior Service Engineer

About the role

Everllence is seeking a Senior Service Engineer to lead complex on‑site service projects worldwide. The role combines hands‑on technical work with coordination of field teams to ensure high‑quality maintenance, repairs and overhauls of engines, turbochargers and related systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs, major overhauls and servicing of machines, engines, turbochargers and auxiliary equipment according to approved work cards.
• Prepare and follow SOPs, plan timelines, monitor project progress, quality and lead times.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE standards, proper use of PPE and LMRA execution.
• Plan service activities including manpower, tools, spare parts and work schedules.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals and reports to execute work accurately.
• Supervise, coach and support field service technicians and external personnel during on‑site activities.
• Provide technical expertise to customers, support commissioning, preventive maintenance and assembly/disassembly coordination.
• Diagnose equipment issues, manage warranty cases and recommend corrective actions in coordination with headquarters.
• Prepare daily and final service reports, analyse maintenance data and propose technical improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in heavy equipment, marine industry or power plants.
• Strong technical and commercial understanding of business.
• Experience in work preparation, project management and team leadership.
• Familiarity with HSE, environmental, quality and safety requirements.
• Willingness to travel worldwide.
• Proficiency in preparing technical reports using Microsoft Office.
