ServiceNow Developer – CMDB & Service Mapping

About the role

We are looking for two ServiceNow Developers in Riyadh who specialize in Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Service Mapping. The role focuses on improving enterprise configuration data, mapping application services and providing clearer visibility across the IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, configure and enhance ServiceNow CMDB and Service Mapping capabilities.
• Implement and maintain Discovery patterns, identification rules and reconciliation processes.
• Configure CI classes, relationships and service data structures, and build service maps that show dependencies between applications and infrastructure.
• Support alignment with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and troubleshoot Discovery and Service Mapping issues.
• Configure MID Server connectivity, write scripts, integrations and automation to improve CMDB accuracy.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, operations and architecture teams.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience implementing and developing ServiceNow CMDB.
• Practical experience with Service Mapping and ServiceNow Discovery.
• Understanding of configuration items, service relationships, CMDB governance and CSDM principles.
• Ability to diagnose data quality, Discovery and Service Mapping issues.
