About the role

Ameera Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant / Solution Architect to lead design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions in Riyadh. The role focuses on ITOM, CSDM and Workflow Data Fabric, requiring deep technical expertise and enterprise architecture experience.

Key responsibilities

Design scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and business needs.
Lead technical solution design for ITOM, CMDB, CSDM and related data integration.
Set architecture standards, technical specifications and implementation approaches.
Guide development teams through complex configuration, customization and integration challenges.
Support Discovery, Service Mapping and operational data management solutions.

Required profile

Extensive hands‑on ServiceNow implementation experience.
Strong solution architecture capability across ITOM, CMDB and CSDM.
Proven ability to turn business requirements into robust technical designs.
Experience mentoring developers and leading technical delivery.
