Senior Site Supervisor – Joinery Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to lead joinery installation teams on construction sites. The role involves overseeing daily site activities, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high‑quality workmanship in line with project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the site and installer teams, reporting incidents to the Project Manager.
• Maintain site safety standards for staff and equipment, ensuring proper use of uniforms, helmets, and safety shoes.
• Oversee site housekeeping, protect installed works, and safeguard third‑party items.
• Identify and rectify Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) promptly.
• Take accurate site measurements and validate them against approved drawings.
• Monitor stock distribution during installation, ensuring items are placed according to shop drawings and key plans.
• Provide daily reports on team presence, site issues, equipment needs, and petty‑cash consumption.
• Support technical problem‑solving and assist with project close‑out to obtain the Certificate of Completion (TOC).

Required profile

• 10–15 years of experience in joinery or furniture installation within the construction sector.
• Diploma in Interior Design or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven ability to lead on‑site teams and manage safety compliance.
• Immediate availability or very short notice period preferred.
