Senior Software Engineer – Oracle Banking

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop and maintain Oracle Banking solutions for our client in Riyadh. The role involves working on core banking, treasury and collateral management modules within an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise PL/SQL code and Java/J2EE components for Oracle FLEXCUBE and related banking modules.
• Administer WebLogic servers, Oracle ADF/JET UI, and integrate REST, SOAP and SWIFT services.
• Implement and support batch job scheduling (Control‑M, Autosys) and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git and Maven.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver functional and technical documentation, conduct testing and UAT.
• Mentor junior developers, perform code reviews and ensure secure coding practices and role‑based access control.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Banking platforms and enterprise software development.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills with a solid understanding of banking regulations such as Basel III and IFRS.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and delivering high‑quality, compliant solutions.
