Senior Specialist – CCU Operator (City Command Unit)

About the role

The Senior Specialist – CCU Operator is the central hub for real‑time monitoring and coordination of city‑wide operations. Working from the City Command Unit, you will ensure situational awareness, manage incidents, and support seamless service delivery across all operational assets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor operational systems, dashboards, CCTV/VSS platforms and communication channels to maintain real‑time visibility of activities, assets and events.
• Identify abnormal conditions, emerging risks and initiate escalation according to SOPs.
• Receive, assess, classify and log incidents; coordinate response actions with relevant departments and track incidents to closure.
• Liaise with operational teams, contractors, service providers and control rooms to facilitate cross‑functional coordination during routine operations and major incidents.
• Prepare and maintain shift logs, incident records and operational reports; conduct structured handovers.
• Ensure compliance with policies, SOPs, escalation matrices and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze operational data to propose workflow improvements, support lessons‑learned reviews and update playbooks.
• Guide junior CCU Operators, support onboarding and promote a culture of safety and accountability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operational monitoring, incident management or command‑center environments.
• Strong understanding of SOPs, escalation procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work under pressure, make quick decisions and communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders.
