Senior Specialist, Line Balancing

About the role

Ma'aden, a major multi-commodity mining and metals company in the Middle East, is hiring a Senior Specialist, Line Balancing in Riyadh on a full-time basis. The role supports the TechOps Full Potential program by improving productivity, optimizing resource use and strengthening operational efficiency through line balancing, capacity optimization and data-driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize operational workflows through line balancing, capacity planning and resource utilization strategies, and improve productivity by removing bottlenecks.
• Use data-driven allocation models to boost workforce and equipment efficiency.
• Build performance dashboards, KPIs and reporting tools, and run advanced analytics to find performance gaps.
• Accelerate Full Potential transformation and continuous improvement, embedding standard methodologies and best practices.
• Deliver improvement initiatives within agreed scope and timelines, managing risks and dependencies.
• Partner with operations, maintenance, engineering, digital and support functions, and ensure compliance with safety, governance, cybersecurity and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in industrial, mining, technology or innovation environments.
• Track record of operational excellence, performance improvement or transformation work, including process optimization, capacity planning and cross-functional project management.
