Senior Specialist - Project Management

About the role

The Senior Specialist – Project Management is responsible for executing and coordinating engineering and facilities projects from planning through completion, supporting schedules, budgets, contractors and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones and deliverables for engineering and facilities projects.
• Coordinate project activities from initiation through implementation and close‑out, ensuring requirements and dependencies are identified.
• Monitor project progress, costs and schedules, identifying variances and supporting corrective actions.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers and service providers to ensure delivery against contractual requirements.
• Identify, monitor and manage project risks and issues, escalating significant concerns as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in project management, engineering or facilities projects.
• Professional certification such as PMP or equivalent preferred.
