Senior Specialist, Rewards

About the role

The Senior Specialist, Rewards will support the design, implementation and communication of rewards strategies and processes at Mozn. This role works closely with business partners and HR to ensure competitive compensation structures, cost‑effective workforce planning and compliance with legal regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and promote rewards strategies, frameworks, programs and policies.
• Advise business partners and management on rewards structure, workforce plans and cost management.
• Revise job descriptions and conduct salary analysis based on compensation guidelines.
• Assist in launching the annual compensation assessment and merit award process.
• Maintain company structures, procedures and resource utilization to optimise efficiency.
• Collaborate with business partners to develop and review workforce plans and commission schemes.
• Ensure legal compliance by establishing effective employee‑related plans.
• Produce weekly HR reports using advanced analytical tools such as Excel and Tableau.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in rewards or data‑analytics roles.
• Strong knowledge of current rewards trends, theories, practices and methodologies.
• Familiarity with performance‑management systems and rewards programmes.
• Excellent bilingual communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams.
