Senior Specialist – Technology Procurement

About the role

The Senior Specialist – Technology Procurement will lead the sourcing and acquisition of technology products and services that enable Qiddiya Investment Company to deliver its world‑class entertainment, cultural and lifestyle destination. You will work closely with internal teams to align procurement activities with strategic objectives and ensure maximum value.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end technology procurement, from sourcing and vendor evaluation to negotiations, contracting and purchase‑order follow‑up.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with technology suppliers to guarantee quality, cost‑effectiveness and timely delivery.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to shape procurement strategies and identify emerging technologies.
• Ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies, procedures and local regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with IT, project management, finance and legal teams to align procurement with business needs.
• Prepare procurement documentation, reports and maintain accurate records.
• Identify cost‑optimization and efficiency opportunities within technology procurement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technology procurement or a related supply‑chain role.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management and vendor negotiations.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian business environment and local market practices is preferred.
