Senior Strategy Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical, client‑focused Senior Strategy Manager to support the update and execution of the Riyadh Life strategy programme. This role will shape strategic initiatives, drive delivery execution, and manage stakeholder engagement across a high‑profile transformation programme.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the update and refinement of the Riyadh Life strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and long‑term vision.
• Manage end‑to‑end execution and delivery of strategic initiatives and transformation workstreams.
• Conduct detailed analysis, research, and strategic assessments to support decision‑making.
• Develop high‑quality executive presentations, reports, and strategy materials for senior stakeholders.
• Drive project governance, planning, status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and executive meetings.
• Monitor delivery progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, or transformation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a track record of translating complex information into actionable insights.
• Experience managing strategy or transformation projects from planning through execution.
• Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities effectively.
